Compare the methods on your account

Bank transfer

Use the recipient details shown for that transaction and do not reuse an old record. Check whether the sender name must match the registered account name and whether a payment reference is required.

DuitNow

Check the recipient and amount on the confirmation screen before approving the transfer. Even if approval takes only a few taps, verify the destination and keep the transaction reference.

E-wallet

Confirm that the wallet is currently supported, that the account-name rules are met and that its balance and transaction limits cover the amount. Wallet and platform limits may be different.

Before you pay

  • The cashier page is the live destination you intended to use.
  • The sender or wallet name meets the account-name rules shown in the terms.
  • The currency, amount, limit and any fee are clear before confirmation.
  • The recipient, reference and payment description match the current instructions.
  • A receipt or transaction reference will be available if support needs it.

If a payment appears delayed

Check the banking or wallet record to see whether the amount was debited. Wait before trying again: a second transaction can make reconciliation harder if the first one later completes.

  1. Record the time, amount, method and transaction reference.
  2. Take a screenshot that does not expose a password or one-time code.
  3. Use the official support route shown on the live destination.
  4. Describe the issue once and keep the case or chat reference.
Never send a password, one-time verification code or full payment credential to someone claiming they can speed up a transaction.

See whether a promotion affects the method

Some offers may restrict eligible payment methods or apply different conditions. Read the promotion-terms checklist before linking a deposit to a bonus. A payment method should fit the account and budget even when no promotion is attached.
